This End User Policy applies to learners and other end users who access academies hosted on our platform.

Acceptable use

When using any academy powered by our platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users
• Not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights

Intellectual property

Course content is owned by the academy operator or their licensors. You may access it for personal learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Privacy

Your use of an academy is subject to both this policy and the academy operator’s privacy practices. The academy operator determines how your data is used within their program.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify your academy administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Termination

Your access may be revoked by the academy operator at any time. We may also suspend access for violations of this policy.
