Services Agreement

This Services Agreement governs your use of our platform and services.

Acceptance

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

We provide a learning management platform and related education design services as described in your selected plan. Services may be updated from time to time.

Payment

Starter plan fees are billed monthly. Custom plan fees are as agreed in your order. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring your use of the services complies with applicable law
• The content you upload to the platform
• Your learners’ use of the platform

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create. We retain ownership of the platform. You grant us a license to host and process your content to provide the services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach.
